The landlady publkcly shames tenants via email for having muddy boots in the halls on rainy days claiming tiny amounts of mud on the floor constitutes damages warranting financial penalties and encouraging other tenants to rat on the muddy booted tenant. I lived at the Huron Meadows townhouses from 2017-2020, and my mother remained there for another couple years afterward. During this tenancy, many service requests were made for issues such as a broken oven door, bad flooring in the living room upon move in (they wanted to charge $2k to replace it, and charged us for it at the end of the tenancy anyway).
