I love Thai food and this place made me want to go again.. I will definitely visit thai2go when I go visit Dallas...
The customer service from the manager was very rude. The phones are always busy. We asked for three orders and received two and waited an hour after playing on the phone to get a hold of the place. We told the manager the situation and he asked "what do you expect me to do?". We asked if we could have the other order and he said we would have to wait another hour! I am very disappointed cause of the customer service. The manager really needs to step up the game.

As for the busy phone lines, we do offer online orders so you wouldn't have to deal with the busy phone lines. You can order through Eat24 or Grubhub for pick up or delivery. Food is outstanding, however the wait time to dine in is often 20-30 minutes to get your food, if you don't have much time you might consider going somewhere else. The food is well prepared and delicious.
