I'm not sure what happened? but I booked an appointment as instructed on the website, but when I showed up, the stylist was unaware of the appointment 🤷♀️. I didn't make a big deal about it, because I figured it was a mix up that could/would easily be corrected, since I showed her the slot I booked using her scheduling platform.
