We have been renters with T&H since 2016 and have been very pleased. Excellent customer service, convenient and easy to use online portal for paying rent and making maintenance requests (which are responded to promptly, btw!), and effective liason between ourselves and the home owner. We see ourselves remaining T&H renters for the foreseeable future!
I applied to rent a property from T&H - Preemptively, I went ahead and filled out their application and paid the fee. Sarah from T&H called me and informed me that she was sorry, but that the property I had applied for was already spoken for. However, since they had not run my information yet - that they would be willing to give me a full refund! What a friendly staff! Thank you T&H for being an upstanding company.

T&H has managed my rental property since 2011. Always excellent, prompt, honest, friendly, professional service with a personal touch. The web portal is a great communication tool and well organized so I can check in anytime. Being hassle free is important to me since I'm located on the other side of the country these days and T&H has certainly exceeded that expectation.
