If you own a rental house no matter where it is your property management company is one of your most important assets. T & H Realty has been my management company for approximately a year and a half and they have done an outstanding job. They are extremely organized and work on both the tenants behalf as well as the owners. They are literally the best management company I’ve ever ran into and I’ve been in the business for 40 years. Renters BEWARE!! This company is notorious for keeping tenants deposits. I am a former tenant, and feel like I was scammed out of my deposit money. I made sure to follow their move out requirements to a T, even spent my money on new blinds which was not even in my lease agreement, when I moved out. In ther end the company charged me ridiculous fees for cleaning and for painting.
