I had a problem with the light over the kitchen sinks Johnny came out checked it out and it was to costly to fix so he installed a new LED light....I love it Johnny is awesome and good at what he does Thanks from Della

If you own a rental house no matter where it is your property management company is one of your most important assets. T & H Realty has been my management company for approximately a year and a half and they have done an outstanding job. Renters BEWARE!! This company is notorious for keeping tenants deposits. I am a former tenant, and feel like I was scammed out of my deposit money. I made sure to follow their move out requirements to a T, even spent my money on new blinds which was not even in my lease agreement, when I moved out. In ther end the company charged me ridiculous fees for cleaning and for painting. New to the the Indianapolis area my husband and I rented a home from T&H and had a great experience. They were always timely when things needed attending to. They were always respectful to us as tenants. They were very accommodating when it came to our fur baby. They were easy to work with and very professional. We would rent from them again without hesitation. Thanks to everyone in the office for making our first year in Indianapolis feel like home!!
I leased a home from them for 2 years. They were very respectful, responsive , and professional.
DO NOT trust these people. Very shady and will take your application and charge you the fee, knowing that they have other applications on the property and will refuse to consider legitimate verifiable income that event the IRS recognizes as income, and proves you can afford the home. They are asking for 3.5 times the rent and most other rental agencies only ask for 3.0 times the rent, and they outsource their screening to some foreign operation (most likely) as the people sound like they are foreign or overseas somewhere.Jus... read more
