Walked out of the service disgusted-UNSANITARY!!! Did not allow him to continue service: Rude staff, disrespectful inexeperienced technician.Split the bottom of the nail tip before application in a poor attempt to 'lengthen the base width'of the tip to fit my nail bed.When I asked he remove the tips with an acetone soak off to preserve my natural nail, he used dirty sanitizing liquid that was used to clean previous customers used nail bits. I am late writing this review but my last 2 visits to Nu Nails after the shut down have been great! They remodeled and put in new furniture. The place is very clean and staff is accommodating and friendly. I've been going to the Erie Blvd Nu Nails location for over 3 years and drive from across town for their services. I strongly recommend the Team at Nu Nails.
Covid ready, clean, efficient and super friendly. everyone is personable. I never feel like they are hurrying to get through my service and on to the next customer. Kim really took her time with my spa-pedicure, grooming nails and carefully caring for cuticles. fantastic products, all new equipment, chairs and stations. 5 stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟
