Been coming here for a few months. Absolutely love it and I bring all my friends/family here. Great customer service.
I been coming here for over 8yrs and won't go anywhere else. Tracy is the only one who do my nails and does a great job to the point I only do my nails once a month since the work that she does actually last a month if not longer. Thank you Tracy
Kevin does a great job. It's a pleasant enough place, just wish there was LESS chatter in their native language. It's intimidating when you think (& sometimes KNOW) that they are talking about you. Very rude !! I gave less of a tip because of that. Communication IS a problem !!
I am a customer of 4 years now and every visit reminds me of why they are the best nail salon around! Everyone is so welcoming. Every worker defines "diligent." It does not matter what you want done because they do everything! Do not be worried about pricing because it is very reasonable and worth every penny. Whatever you spend will be worth it because you are going to be pleased with the outcome. It is time for you all to have GREAT service in your lives, so make sure to visit Nu Nails & Spa in Dewitt.
Very rough with my nails-Had me soak my nails and hand in pure acetone, very irritating-Had blood under one nail..............

Hi Beth, I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with your visit. We typically have our clients soak their nails in acetone to remove gel polish or acrylics. If you prefer to have your nails soaked using the foil method or sanded down using the dremel, please let us know and we'd be happy to accommodate you. We hope to see you again.
