If they are coming take a lot of Advil before they get there, be prepared to be treated like a moron, listen carefully to the the prices per part because somehow they don't add up to your total bill and a half hour after they left the door stopped working again. My new entry door looks amazing! It took months to decide the right look, but Darin stuck with me every step of the way. When the big day came and the door arrived, the incredible team of Jason and Dan did everything to make sure I was a very satisfied customer. I’m still amazed at how well they handled the little challenges this house threw at them. If you are looking for a new entry door or new garage doors, look no further. This is the company you want. Great products, great people, and a great experience.
My experience with the sales team to the installation of our new garage doors was one of the best I've had in working with contractors at my home. The staff was personable, attentive when I had questions, patient when we delayed our project, and when a few pieces were unclear they solved the problems quickly and without debate. Awesome garage and entry door company! I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to work with on the sales end, but they worked with me and tried to do whatever they could to earn my business. They didn't pressure me into buying anything extra that I didn't request for nor did they pressure me to sign up with them right away. They provided me with so much information regarding the garage doors, entry door, and garage door openers and made sure I was at ease with all the models they recommended.
