Unfair in the interviewing process, beware of these people ,no concern for others.
Had to have new spring system installed on our garage door. Door not old but system was. Called prior to coming as we were told. 2 Very nice guys showed up. Gave estimate and was willing to work with us budget wise, greatly appreciated. Also installed lock on garage door for us free of charge, again very appreciated. Would recommend.
Horribly overpriced. Wanted to charge me $300 for $60 worth of parts. Their business model is to scam
Your salesperson, Darin Weidenfeld, was extremely professional, thorough, self disclosing and an overall nice guy. I never felt pressured. On the day of install, your installer was here when he said he would be (even a bit earlier). I never knew he was here. He was quiet, did his job professionally, and left the site as he found it, clean and devoid of any debris. I would be happy to recommend TGS to anyone who is looking for a quality job at a competitive price.
Awesome sales rep, office staff, installer. Replaced 30+ year old wooden doors with brand new insulated steel ones. Very happy
