They do honest service with a smile.
I haven't yet used them. But I felt obliged to offer this review since the previous reviewer seems to have had a bad experience that was totally opposite what I have found. Very responsive and very clear communication from the company. I like that they are using the standard CA Realtors Association agreement for rental management -- easier to understand and trust understanding of legal terms. So far so good. I will update as needed.
Shane is an awesome property manager. Knows exactly what's he doing and has it so calculated.
I am in the market looking to hire a management company for my properties. After receiving an email from Shane with his proposal package, I decided to reach out to him for more information. I called the number he referenced in the email to which I was forwarded to his voicemail twice.
