Extremely unprofessional! The office called me at 11:41Am. To ask if I was going to be coming to my appointment at 11:40am. I explained yes I was on big bend stuck in traffic. Then I was told the system was down, emphasizing that the appointment would be Canceled, I told the caller well I’m here on big bend close by, she states I’ll see what the provider what the provider can do. I went in to the Riverview office to get help with an appointment for my adult (college student) son. Although we couldn’t change his appointment for earlier, Elma, went above and beyond to help me find answers. She was professional and personable, which is the best kind of employee. Love this office!

I love this location of TGMG. Great experience. Everyone is very professional and kind. If anything is delayed by even few minutes, the staff notified me. Christina did an awesome job while drawing my blood. Painless experience.
