The front office staff is great. Now the phlebotomist is not I have dealt with her 3 times 2 of those time she has hurt me. Today I went in for a urine test and she did bloodwork for TSH and Vitamin D . Which I did have an order to redo that bloodwork but n 6 weeks. So now I have to contact my primary to get another order for the bloodwork.
The staff and doctor were fine, and the clinic seems clean. Had to wait a little longer than I should have, but it wasn't horrible.
Not sure what happened? This office used to be pleasant, now, every time I come in, I feel like no one has time any more. Especially the lady on the middle desk in reception, she acts like she always bothered and gives me an attitude every time. It’s hard to talk to her.
The receptionist rather than greeting you tells you to get on the kiosk because she's the only one working. Gee who's fault is that? I had a question that could not be answered by the machine. And they need to clean the kiosk. I used to work as a receptionist and if it's not the job for her then she needs to find a different job. These millennials don't understand the ways of the world. I'll put all this in the survey. Also it was my first time here. Not a good impression.
