Rosemary Ridge Apartments is the worst If you can not afford anything else, than this place is the place to stay, but be warned, what is stated in the lease and by the rental agents is totally different than what you will experience. I enjoyed my nearly 7 years at Rosemary Ridge. The apartments are large and very reasonably priced considering their proximity to 66. The management staff is professional and accommodating!
