The staff listen when you have a concern. The staff is friendly. They are timely with request and they always have a fun pool party to get to know your neighbors.😁
I've been living at these Apartments going on 2years, they are pretty affordable compared to most places I've looked at. I would recommend living here. It's a quiet community, everyone is friendly and kind (including the office people). Maintenance response at a timely matter. They are pet friendly.
The office staff is personable, the maintenance staff is responsive, and the property is well maintained.
the swim party was really good the food was nice the dj was really good I recommend him for my graduation party I think you guys should do this more often I loved it !!
Okay so, I've got a "River View" and I love it. I've seen foxes, deer, gophers, red tail hawks, and bald eagles. Of course the squirrels, ducks, and raccoons are ubiquitous. It's a corner of nature in the city. (Random observation: the community grills are stainless steel)
