Location can't be beat. Yes it's an older complex but it's well kept and clean. The staff are super nice and responsive. Decent apartments at a good price. Also the community is quiet compared to most.
My family has been here going on two years and we love it! We have a beautiful river view, wonderful management and maintenance who are quick to fix any issues, and a clean community. It's hard to find an apartment complex that makes renting so easy these days so it's been a breath of fresh air here!
The staff listen when you have a concern. The staff is friendly. They are timely with request and they always have a fun pool party to get to know your neighbors.😁
I've been living at these Apartments going on 2years, they are pretty affordable compared to most places I've looked at. I would recommend living here. It's a quiet community, everyone is friendly and kind (including the office people). Maintenance response at a timely matter. They are pet friendly.
The office staff is personable, the maintenance staff is responsive, and the property is well maintained.
