I will never go anywhere else for vehicle service after my experience with TGK in Hugo last week. I called to schedule a service and initially it was going to be a few days but the gentleman who took my call could tell I was needing it done the same day and was nice enough to squeeze me in a little later that same day. I brought my 2014 GMC in with an A/C issue. I requested they do a A/C recharge. So dropped it off, the next day got a estimate for basically a new A/C unit in my GMC for $1,100.00!! So I did not get it done. I brought it home, My husband went to O'Reillys in Hugo got a new cabin filter, stopped at Walmart got a A/C recharge kit. Went home, changed the filter, and recharged my OWN A/C, instead of $1,100.00 I spent $50.00. Huge shout out to the guys at TGk, Troy, Byron, and Derrik for helping out a customer and friend in a time of need on a Saturday!! Not only was my car acting up and not sure if it was going to make it, but Letting me borrow a loaner so I can get around for the weekend while they work on my car!! Customer service at its best!! I have had my vehicles there a few times. Their procedure for inspection and communicating to me what is wrong and there solution is so comprehensive! They have really raised the bar when it comes to auto repair. I’ll never go anywhere else.
I scheduled appt on line for tire repair. Received confirmation email of time I selected. Easy in and out. Good price. Definitely will be back!
They got me in fast, service was great and thorough and they seriously have the nicest people working there. Lots of places can do a good job, but to do a great job AND treat customers with respect and kindness is pretty amazing. Will definitely be back!
Good honest service and friendly customer service
Great customer service. Drove by an accident scene on Hwy 61 today just a block away from TGK and got a flat tire. I pulled in for assistance and they fixed my tire and got me in and out in under 30 minutes!
