We love this place, the service and the food is always great.
I will b going to another location. Slow service and don't come around very often.
Me and my husband went there today it was the first time for us ever and I loved the food it was excellent we order the full rack of ribs and 2 sides each we loved it! The waiter wasn't that good we order the combo appetizer, we got our food be for the appetizer we was like omg where's the app at he said I'm sorry I forgot to put it in wth .. Nice beer prices but didn't care sitting there while several people smoked cigarettes. Really? First and last time coming here....disgusting

Was here for a late lunch yesterday. Waitress & manager were very attentive. I had the crusted parmesan chicken which was delicious. The chicken was moist and cooked perfectly. The show stopper was their mac & cheese! It was by far the best I have ever had. My daughter also loved her chicken pasta dish.
Horrible experience at TGI Fridays in Webster. Waited over an hour for food and then another half hour to get the check that the manager said he was going to do something about. He did not. He took half the meals off. I thought we should only pay for our appetizer and drinks. Other parties came in and had food in 5 minutes. The kitchen obviously lost the order. Or the waiter did.
