Very, very slow service. Arthur, our waiter was very good, but his support staff, e.g. food runners, hostess, manager all appeared to be aloof. Maybe this was because they were very busy, but it should be manageable. We have been at this TGIF before and I suppose this recent trip was outside of their typical good service.
Manger and staff screaming at each other disturbed our dinning experience
Definitely has improved since the last time I was there. Staff was more attentive, Philip our waiter was great and the manager came over to make sure that the steaks ordered were done right. Only thing that wasn't good was the mudslide I ordered, it had little flavor mostly all ice. Food was good and served timely.
Good food messy guest waiting area, common courtesies missed by waiter. Overall fair
The waiter was kool but my food was cold and he had disappeared for awhile had to get another waiter to get me drinks and silverware. This was yesterday 10/1/17 for my godson birthday.
The best Fridays I've ever been to Our server was awesome I highly recommend it
