WINGS AND DRINKS.........
Been coming to this location for years but today it took on a new twist.. my “medium” steak was rare- raw! My pecan chicken salad looked like it was cooked on a nuclear reactor.. it was way over cooked to the point where I couldn’t cut it with a steak knife. It was like dried rubber! My broccoli was mushy and over cooked. You can clearly see it went from green to brown. Highly disappointed in the food.. My server was cool tho 👍
My family went in today at about 2 pm and no one was there to seat you. We waited for 2 minutes before the waitress finally put her phone down and brought us to the bar to be seated. She never let us tell her we need a highchair and when she finally turned around so we could tell us she said it wouldn't work in the bar. We were taken to a table outside of the bar to be seated. TGIF at the Cross county Mall, the restaurant was filthy, the food was microwave and service was slow and not tentative and not accommodating to the customers...never will go back!!!!
Really enjoy the food was short staffed need more staff
The service was horrible and we had to wait more than half hour for appetizers and then another half hour for our entree. We had to look for our server to get the bill because she would disappear. We love going to Friday’s just not this one!
Worst experience ever drinks are sour and watery. I asked for my drink to be remade because it has a lot of soda in my alcohol beverage and I was told if it wasn’t to my liking I wasn’t allowed to change it again which is no professional if your product is not right you should get it right. And the last drink was once again not right so you don’t have to worry about me visiting the TGIF in Yonkers. Also it the waitress had a nasty attitude and takes 30 minutes for one drink
