Good Service.
My coworker and I went to enjoy a meal on our lunch break at the Volvo Parkway location in Chesapeake. We were seated and our orders taken. We waited an hour and still had no food. We finally just left. Our lunch was over and we still had empty stomachs. If you are hungry and don't have unlimited time find somewhere else to eat.
Delicious food Great service
Called on the phone before heading over to find out if Endless appetizers were available on the weekend to which I was simply told yes by the employee who answered the phone. Arrived at the restaurant only to be told that the Endless apps are only available after 9 PM which I was never informed of on the phone or else I wouldn't have wasted the trip which I'm extremely upset about. Maybe train your staff better on how specials work!
The food was great. Service was good. Could have been better. Still recommend THI Fridays!
