How wings were cold when I ordered 3 different orders then I found a hair in my last order of wings will never return

Had dinner and drinks with a couple girlfriends last night. Alex was our server & she is FABULOUS!! It's nice to go places and get GREAT service with a smile!! We really appreciate her!! DJ Allure was AWESOME too!! His spinning made me want to hit the club after dinner!! Lol thanks so much!!

Walk in and ask for a booth. Pass at least 20 empty booths and are taken to a table. I asked again for a booth which the young lady didn't like. We turn to walk out because of her attitude and see a manager. My husband voiced his opinion about the situation and his attitude was worse than the young lady by far. We have been going here at least once or twice a week since the week it opened but you were very clear the business is unwanted.
Today we ordered a Gluten Free burger from their gluten free menu. But they placed the burger on a regular bun because they stopped ordering gluten free buns. Online gluten free and store gluten free both advertise gluten free bun. So know I have a sick wife because management decided it was best to cut cost and not inform the customer.

Tthe service was bad and the fool did not taste right I'm a regular at Tgif and this was different they must hit a different code but it was not the same ,food came out not fully ready
I went here trying to give my family the excellent experience I had previously here, Amanda, let us know that there was not enough staff to wait my group of five but kindly sat more than 15 people while we waited, thanks kitchen guy.. Your appearance was not needed, there is definitely an issue with being fairly seated as a family...
