Recommendedgood food, good service !
AWFUL service- literally saw our server 3 times: once to take our order, once with our drinks, and once with the check. Would like to say it was busy, but that would be a lie. Had to pay via the app since 15 min after she brought the check she hadn’t come back. Had to ask a different server for silverware and napkins. Food was mediocre and half our basket of bones were cold and the fries soggy. Now I remember why we never eat here.
TGI Fridays was not batting very well tonite. I ordered a cherry coke (with grenadine) I tried the coke/diet coke/coke zero with grenadine and it had a horrible after taste, so I ordered water which never came. I did ask for lemonade which came with my meal. Speaking of meal, they delivered someone else's dinners to us, which had to be returned. We got our food, which was quite nice. It took a long time to get our bill. Everyone has an off day, I guess it was TGI Fridays turn.
TGIF has the best Jack Daniel’s whiskey ribs ever!! Our server Juju is always cheerful and friendly and treats us like old friends. She thinks of everything and if we ask for something special she is always accommodating. Juju is a delightful young woman who puts her customers first. TGIFridays is lucky to have such a great server to go with their fabulous food!! In all the years we have gone to this TGIFridays, we have never had bad food or bad service. That says a lot. 💕🍷

Waitress had a really bad attitude and the food was bad!!
The waiter didn’t know what he was doing. The point card system wasn’t working. Charged the wrong prices, just all around bad service, food, and a total junk time!
