Very disappointing for the money my family spent to have a nice night out. Started off with the salad dressing being wrong-ok mistakes happen! Then my order was completely wrong so we had to wait for the correct order to come and the waitress said I said the chicken Parmesan, I did not, I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken and then she said the manager had to adjust something off when we waited forever for our bill. Servers are horrible, last two times I went food was cold and burnt, managers are rude also. It is not the same as back in the day. Don’t recommend this location
My Husband & I Enjoy having dinner & a drink at Friday’s. The food is very Tasty & the Atmosphere is usually so much Fun...with the Help of their Staff. The Staff often are College students, so you don’t always see them...but, they still manage to get Fun wait Staff. Our Favorite place to sit is in the Bar, but the Cafe, or restaurant area is good, too. Always a Fun time at Friday’s... I do Believe it’s Always Friday at Friday’s. 🤗💕
Everything needs to improve. Took over an hour to get our food. Our waitress literally disappeared for 35 mins.
