I love TGI Friday I always have a pleasant visit!!!!!!!!!!!
We went there last night and had a great time and a great dinner! Our server Kimmie was awesome! She noticed I was a TGIF member on line and she brought us chips and salsa right away. We ordered a drink and waters, got those right away and we ordered right away. Our food came in a timely manner. We love this restaurant.
well they lost our rewards points card -- so that was not good ....they honor them but don't issue them anymore -- i'm sure it was an accident, but still....

We were in last night and it took way too long to get our first drink. 2 glasses of water later I finally said something to our waitress and she blamed the bartender for losing our drink ticket. We could see our drinks sitting on the bar waiting to be delivered. I almost got up and got them myself. Never did the waitress apologize. Then when wet got our food my sweet potatoes were freezing cold. I told our waitress again and she said she would put in another order.
