Waiter was nice and didn't care for my ribeye it was chewy so sent it back and got more ribs since I had the combo with ribs and I love TGI Friday's ribs so I was satisfied!

Waitress was horrible. Manager excuse was she was streched thin. No discount given when we got his attention. She rushed us out and no longer served us after we made manager aware of her attitude. Loved coming to this location until last night. Will never come back. Very unprofessional for waitress even if she was busy or kverworked!! Fyi manager should nevwr make that none ir give paying customers. That excuse!!! Smh

The waitress we had was extremely disrespectful. She kept trying to rush us along by coming to the table asking if we were ready for our check. She left empty plates and cups all over the table. When I asked her for a strawberry lemonade and she gave us this nasty attitude. Food was ok waitress ruined our night. I will NEVER go back.
First and last I will ever go there. I have never been to a place with service this bad. Ordered the endless appetizer and the first order of boneless chicken were cold and never got the second order of boneless chicken, But she brought that bill on time. Also my wife never got her order.
