awful service! Food was great!
If you and your establishment choose not to serve those in uniform, then we won’t be coming back. Train your staff in customer service standards. How they acted is discriminatory and shameful.
RecommendedI have to be honest, I’m impressed. I haven’t been a fan of TGI Fridays for years but decided to pick up some take out tonight on my way home from work. The ribs were perfect and the sauce was even better. Even the side salad was impressive. I’ll be ordering from here again.
RecommendedHUGE shout out to Maxwell for being the best server we have ever had at ANY restaurant. It was my parents 30 year anniversary and it was hands down THE BEST service we have ever had. Honestly the food could have been poop but his service was so genuine and pure it wouldn’t have mattered! Thank you maxwell !

I was mislead! I was very disappointed to order on-line and arrive only to find the following post sign where I was to pick up my order that implies begging for money: “Tips for our hourly team members would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your support! The TGI Fridays Team” This was not disclosed when ordering on-line and its poor business etiquette to beg for tips expecting us to now finance additional employee wages with our order when not expected.
