Food was good, but the server was terrible. We started off with no straws for drinks. Then my girls ordered chocolate milk, they couldn’t find the chocolate syrup. We got an appetizer, had to wait 5 min for silverware, we got our dinner after about an hour. I get the check after waiting about 20 minutes, and there were extra charges for the chocolate milk on there that were supposed to be included in the kids meal. Good food for a good price. We had their new Philly Steak Burger it was GREAT!!!

Drinks were slow getting to the table. Silverware was dirty. Burger was good.

The food was great, but waiting an hour for my order to be taken was very disappointing. I've gone here at least 2 times a months or so for the past two years and this was the first time I was ever actually so upset with the service and I think I'll be finding a new frequent stop. I was never once rude to the bartender, but watched her run by me to eagerly greet new people all the while waiting over an hour just to place and order and I had probably waited 30 minutes for another drink. I was here Friday evening with a group of friends. There were only 5 of us. Let me say first.... the waitress did a great job! We had no issue with the wait staff, the manager however was terrible! One person was served soup and she found a melted take out container lid in the bottom of her soup. When the manager came over we expected apologies and drinks/dessert/meal on the House. Instead, we were told “I’m sorry, but the lids for take out are stored directly above the soup, it’s totally understandable how this happened!” H... read more

Who gets a burger order wrong? Well TGIF! Asked for medium-well and got pink and runny so I sent it back. However it's was good once it was made right. Waiter past my table many times but never offered to refill my drink. TGIF needs to step it up!

Food okay, cold in their and our service was lacking. Seldom do we ever only leave a 10% tip.
