What's up Fridays? At lunch on a Thursday, only 3 other tables here, and you sit me at a booth that's in dire need of repair (ripped and shredded), serve me a drink that is clearly not what you advertise, my knife has a broken handle...and napkins? Wth? Can't I get a napkin with my drink? Times that tough? You cant fix the booth (or seat me in any of the other 70 empty tables?), or throw away a broken knife? Disappointing at best.
I mean the place def could be way cleaner. Trash under tables that are prepped and ready to be sat. Food was awful. But the reason you get three stars is cause our server was super nice. Her name is Allison, very nice and kept checking on us. 5 stars for her.
It took almost 20 mins to get our drinks and and hour to get our food. Service was "meh" and I'm being very generous. Very disappointed with TGI Fridays because they always provide great food & service.
I had the big ribs last night. They were terrible. Overcooked and dry. Not much meat on the bones. Even the French fries were bad. I won't be going back.
Service was very very slow we had 2 babys waited long time for our order. Place was not busy service was ok . Use to go the alot but the last 2 times it was not good. Food was warm
My daughter is severely allergic to blue cheese and we told the waitress this, her salad arrived with blue cheese dressing on the side and it was obvious that someone had picked out the blue cheese crumbles from the pre prepped cob salad(they left quite a few reminents) not to mention it came with chicken instead of steak. Quickly replaced with a new salad but we asked for no meat since we were running late and couldn't wait for one to be cooked now. Waitress very pleasant and quickly apologetic.
the service was spectacular even though they were extremely busy. Food was fantastic!! The hostess was a sweetie too.
