our waitress was very good and accomendating
We usually love TGI Fridays and never really have an issue. Tonight was horrible. It took about 15 minutes for a waitress to come over, and she only did because a manager grabbed a random waitress. We got the potato skin appetizer and the little plates they bring to you were dirty with dry ketchup and other things. And the manager didn't really seem to care at all. 👎 I can't believe they serve a dish that looked like that.
Ordered our food online at 6:04pm and said it would be ready at 6:34. Got there at 6:35 and there server had an issue and our order was sent out with door dash. Then they say our food will be ready in 15 minutes... well, after 45 minutes of waiting and no donuts on our cheesecake and no potstickers. Now headed back to get my food that I ordered that I did not receive. I am not happy after and hour and a half and still not having the food we ordered.
RecommendedMy husband and I just flew back home for the holidays and had a big dinner with our friends (there were about 18 of us) at TGi Fridays. And I cannot say enough good things about the service. Our waitress London was the greatest! She was friendly, organized, and never lost her cool with such a big (kind of crazy) group. I always stress a little bit when going out with so many people, but she had everything under control and made the experience home so fun. The food I order was greaT!!
there was a ridiculous wait time when there were empty tables. then the hostess didn't inform the waitress that we were at one of her tables so we waited about 20 minutes before being seen by our server
