Im from new jersey and everytime im out of town me and my family visit thig tgi fridays and we are never let down. We always have great service hot food and an all around great visit. I LOVE this restaurant and as long as i have a good experience i dont think il go to any others. Keep up the great work

Horrible experience. The worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant, and I never complain so that says something!
Sitting at the restaurant this evening and they are completely out of ribs, breadsticks, avocado and guacamole. I asked to speak with the manager, Eileen. I told her I find this to be completely unacceptable. I asked her what can she offer as a substitution that would be the equivalent? She was completely at a lost. Needless to say, I think a call to the corporate office is necessary.
Food was great. Second visit here. People were sitting outside on a beautiful night dining. Our waitress Kylie was very pleasant. All the staff seemed friendly and said hello as they walked by. Would recommend to everyone. Had steak with lobster. Flat bread with chicken and pasta with shrimp. Dinner was great and dessert we got the Brownie / Ice cream with pecans.

So I am from out of town and stopped here for a late lunch. I ordered a club sandwich with a salad. The club says he has avacado there was a piece the size of a nickel. Bread was old - totally unappetizing
My server rebeca was awesome sauce !!!! Simply amazing..I will recommend it to anyone keep up the good work t.g.I.f..and my nine year old love the dirt cup ..lol kudos to the fruit choices on the kiddie menu .the g.m. took time to talk to us he was great also
