I have spent the last 6.5+ years in a rental managed by TGA and they have my highest recommendation! End to end, my experience with them has been responsive, professional, and friendly: from the application process all the way through to move out. BE AWARE. NOT PROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY. They took my application fees. the agent Maria got attitude and kept ignoring me as if she is busy. They asked me to send them documents, but after 10 minutes they refused my application. I feel sad for them.

You were asked to email supporting doc, unfortunately you did not. You also are not employed at the place you listed on your application, which is lying on your application. You also listed yourself as your own supervisor with no way to verify income. Lastly, you were refunded your app before you posted a Yelp & Google review which you stated we took your app fee (another lie). We wish you best of luck in your search. We feel sad you have to lie in order to try to get what you want, but this time you were caught.
