Technican Lenin) arrived at specified time. He ethodically found the problem with the furnace and was able to fix it right away. Also, was able to fix water heater. In both cases he found the simplest solution without having to replace parts. I'm not a big fan of service contracts but Lenin has definitely changed my mind and made me a loyal T.F. O'Brien customer
Anthony was very polite and explained the entire process. He also explained proper maintenance and left the are he was working on clean.
Upon arrival at my home Felix & his partner started immediately trying to fix the problem. When the problem was solved, he ran the unit & waited to make sure that it was working. I found him to be very professional .

We were completely satisfied with the level of courtesy and professionalism we received from both AJ and Rich when they installed our central air system. They truly took the time to explain the process to ensure the installation was done to best suit our needs, They were always on time, respectful of our home, and extremely diligent and dedicated in getting the job done in a timely, proper manner.
