This company personifies the phrase "death by a thousand cuts". After a year and a half of working with TF Complete, we're unimpressed. They installed a heat pump system in our home a year and a half ago, and sold us the "most efficient" and "newest technology" available, claiming it was the best. During install, their workers made a wrong cut in our tile to accommodate a vent. Their solution was simply to slap a bigger vent cover over it. Great. Hi, Excellent, did a nice, thorough job
Jeremy was extremely responsive to a heating system failure that occurred on a Monday evening. He gathered complete info over the phone, then arrived the next morning with needed parts. He did the repairs, spent an extra hour or so test-cycling the system to ensure it was all okay, and also explained to me all of the steps taken for the repair (there were many, and they involved Burnham tech support for guidance).
