Inconsiderate, they start out by my home at 7 in the morning (mind you I have no control over this bc the neighborhood hires this company) instead of mowing out towards a field/ road where no one lives they decide to mow by house and 4 other peoples houses first (we’ve already discussed this and we will all be contacting our HOA to get mow mowers.) I’ve had repeated issues with the lawn service leaving my patio area covered in grass clippings and debris after cutting the grass. This has happened multiple times, even after bringing it to management’s attention. After the most recent service, debris was left on the patio floor, furniture, cushions, corners, and near the entry area. I understand lawn maintenance can create some mess, but residents should not have to clean grass clippings off their personal patio furniture after service is completed. Does not care about the locations they service. Running stop signs and cutting off patients in the methodist hospital 10:39am Sunday morning. Absolutely unacceptable honestly.
I have worked with Texscspe for a few years now. I cannot rave enough about the professionalism received by the landscaping team.
