Let me start by saying I have gone to Tex's star grill many times before and not had any issues, but I have always gone inside not the drive thru. I went tonight and ordered a ruben combo and the cheeseburger combo with mayo only. When I received my order I asked for a couple of the house sauce, they said it was 25 cents. The problem I have with this is if you go inside the sauce is free. Then when I looked at my burger it had all the trimmings on it. Comfort food at its finest. George is great!! I have eaten everything on the menu and never been dissatisfied. If you want a mouth watering burger you must try the Western Bacon Cheese burger. The burger is only made better with the spicy special sauce and the wonderfully seasoned fries.

My grandmother and I are regulars here my grandmother usually gets the BLT I normally get the western bacon burger. 10 out of 10 must try least once.

Good amount of food for the price. I had a Gyro (sauce is made in-house) and hubby had a burger. The people were very helpful and had knowledge of the menu and substitutions. Definitely a place to go back to. I want to try the Patty Melt next.
Tasty food, large portions. Probably could have shared a meal. We don't get there very often because of distance from our home, but we love supporting smaller, family run businesses.
