Terrible service, the guy in the front with the acnes is soo rude disrespectful! He gave food which is cold and stall, it don’t taste like how its supposed to be and very disrespectful

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Texas Chicken and Burgers location. The fried chicken smelled like old, reused oil and tasted just as bad. A few hours after eating, I felt very sick, which made the whole experience even worse. The burgers were completely burned and dry — clearly overcooked and carelessly prepared. Very dirty restaurant and did see mice and rodent droppings all over the dining area floor. When I brought it to their attention they ignored me? The workers don’t speak English and don’t understand what I wanted to order? I did not attempt to finish my order after seeing a rat the size of a cat in the kitchen !!!! I left immediately! Amazing how they ignore this problem, I also informed the health department. They should be inspected and shut down!
