Bought an ultra classic limited in 2014, been back several times for service and add ons, 110 % satisfaction and recommend to everyone I know looking to buy a bike to check you out. Clothing sales personnel are super. My only complaint is I had been there two weeks in a row and afterwards received a call that I had $110.00 built up on my purchases and had about 30 days to get in and spend it. Winter months & I am about 2 hours north, could have been given a heads up when I was there.
Purchased my bike from here a year ago and have been pleased ever since. I left my yeti glass that you have to literally chop off your right arm to get at the dealership while helping a buddy look for his bike. I figured it was a lost cause to even try to call and see if it was found. But I did it anyway. Needless to say one of the guys that works there had found it and returned it to me. Great honest people there. I'll buy every bike from this dealership and I'll send everyone I know looking for a bike to this dealership.
I had a catastrophic event happen to my 2016 Road King the day I made my first payment. To say the least I was not a good customer. Adam Smith Texoma Harley Davidson took wonderful care of me , we're extremely curtious and solved my problem. I apologize for my rude behavior and thanks to Jimmy in service.
I just wanted to thank the guy up there. Not just one but most all of them. Tony you where do much help. I'd gladly do it all over agien. Love my bike. And hope to be spending a lot of time in your store. Checking things out and if nothing else just hanging out with the guys.
I can not thank the crew at Texoma Harley Davidson in Sherman for helping me purchase my 2016 Break out. Davis was terrific so if you need a bike? Go see Davis you will take very good care of you.
Everyone there is open n looking to help u whether u're working on ur HD or just looking at cloths. They r also awesome to just shoot the breeze with.
