I had some work done on by 01 soft tail, work was excellent, they lost my saddle bags, lost my V&H black pipes, called every month, then every two months, then every time they called me I mentioned the items, went up in person, was told by service manager that he would look into it, never called, went up again, new manager, tells me "its been over two years" like that makes a difference ! DO NOT do business with THIEVES !!! I was too patient with these incompetent managers !!!
