Warm friendly and efficient in other words Prefect'
It seems like every time I come through the drive thru,I have to wait more than 20 minutes. Today it was 30. This is ridiculous,get it together.
Sitting inline for 36 minutes at drive thru just to make a cash deposit is crazy then go inside and line from counter to door and only two workers . This is on 31st ! It's Friday Texell get it together ! Cash deposits at atm would be helpful!
Why does the phone service say they can be reached between 9am and 6pm but it is 9:19am and they are closed? Today is not a holiday or a weekend. I'm really unclear on what's going on with this place?
Awful customer service, impossible to get ahold of anyone, and completely ignores customers.
I have waited over 1 hour to do a simple auto loan. Even after I let them know the day before what time I was going to arrive. Not sure why I am doing business with them?
