Went in today to deposit $400 into my savings account- with 4, $100 bills. Teller was making small talk with me about weather, and I didn’t think anything of it. Glad I checked my receipt before I left- noticed she had only added $100 to my account. I’m guessing she was going to pocket my other $300 in cash. Recommendedawesome bank, have our personal account & truck loan through Texell. The loan process was surprisingly easy and automatically comes out which is convenient since I am forgetful. 😊
The amount of time a person has to wait in the drive up line is atrocious. Even when I am the only person there and am just cashing two checks the least amount of time I wait is ten minutes! Forget about it when there are multiple cars in line. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. Why don't you hire addition clerks? Also, your phone system is ridiculous. It is nearly impossible to get through to anyone, and if you do it takes forever. I wish I had that much time to waste but I just don't.
I wouldn't even give this bank 1 star. If you get paid on a Fri and your company releases the funds on Thurs Texell will not release it til Fri in less you pay them 30 bucks. I get up at 6 am this morning and my income tax was deposited a day early. It showed in my account. I check back right after 7 and it's gone. So they actually put it in my account and took it back out so they could try and charge me to get it a day early too. We already opened up an account at first Convenience. Nope Nope 👎🏻 this bank is a joke two months I had many issues with this bank on making payments! They promised it would be fixed this month and guess what its not! They do not care about the clients they rather you pay late fees and everything else! Im tired of this company!
