Recommendedawesome bank, have our personal account & truck loan through Texell. The loan process was surprisingly easy and automatically comes out which is convenient since I am forgetful. 😊
I wouldn't even give this bank 1 star. If you get paid on a Fri and your company releases the funds on Thurs Texell will not release it til Fri in less you pay them 30 bucks. I get up at 6 am this morning and my income tax was deposited a day early. It showed in my account. I check back right after 7 and it's gone. So they actually put it in my account and took it back out so they could try and charge me to get it a day early too. We already opened up an account at first Convenience. Been with this bank for over 5 yrs!.....now i know of 10+ people leavin and i see why.....so i over paid a bill with a check written by texell....got a repayment of overcharge....and they wanted to basically take my money for a week....bad business....half my company is leaving because they practice withholding money for fees.....what happened....very bad management.....
Had nothing but problems with TEXELL. On my second card With them and fraud department keeps called my husband not me therefore I’m stuck without a card until I call TEXELL. I’ve been in several times regarding this problem!
Why does the phone service say they can be reached between 9am and 6pm but it is 9:19am and they are closed? Today is not a holiday or a weekend. I'm really unclear on what's going on with this place?
Awful customer service, impossible to get ahold of anyone, and completely ignores customers.
