I have waited over 1 hour to do a simple auto loan. Even after I let them know the day before what time I was going to arrive. Not sure why I am doing business with them?
They like to get your money, but they sure don't like loaning you any.
If I could rate lower than one star I would. Customer service is terrible always on hold for at least 20 minutes. No one has any clear answers or solutions. Elected to have payment automatically drafted 5 times and still have to call in and process payments. Then they couldn't take my payment because of missing information from insurance which I was never notified. No one wants to take responsibility. JUST TERRIBLE ALL ROUND. Can't wait to refinance.
I've never been happier with my banking service. Employees are very courteous and friendly.

I have been a member of this bank probably since 1990, I love walking into the Belton branch and everybody knows who you are and if they don't they make sure they do... It is a wonderful atmosphere to bank at.. They work hard with you on loans, and also try to save you money. I will never switch, keep up the great work Texell!!!
This place pulled my chain for 4 days on a loan saying I was approved and then I go up to the credit union in belton to have my car inspected for the loan and the lady had no idea how to do a inspection...she said my tires were bald and I had no a/c so that's why the loan was declined after they said it was good to go. I will never use texell again and don't recommend them to anyone . There is no customer loyalty especially since I paid off 6 loans through these ppl on time !....and still can't a loan for 5k with a credit sc... read more
If you get charged a fee, good luck getting a hold of someone to speak with about fixing it. Worst customer service ever.
