For something I didn’t have anything to do with- now my money is tied up for 7-14 days due to an investigation. How about- I cannot be in 2 cities over 5 hours apart at the same time?!?! There ya go- now give me my money! This is ridiculous! OR keep up with extraco and their fraud alert app that notifies you AT THAT VERY moment and you can freeze and unfreeze your card so it does happen over and over and Texell is closed so there is nothing you can do about it. Texell notifies me hours later. Great job �
Been with this bank for over 5 yrs!.....now i know of 10+ people leavin and i see why.....so i over paid a bill with a check written by texell....got a repayment of overcharge....and they wanted to basically take my money for a week....bad business....half my company is leaving because they practice withholding money for fees.....what happened....very bad management.....

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this credit union. It is almost impossible to get ahold of someone within a reasonable amount of time. The process they use to post transactions in unethical. They are a fee driven bank just like First National. I will be moving my business else where.
Great all around. Recently just added the dollar club for a youngest. They did a great job welcoming her and setting up all the accounts.
Had nothing but problems with TEXELL. On my second card With them and fraud department keeps called my husband not me therefore I’m stuck without a card until I call TEXELL. I’ve been in several times regarding this problem!
