The company as a whole is great, especially the admin. However, tenants need to choose property managers and realtors with the utmost scrutiny. I will not throw any names out there, but some of the property managers will treat you like trash and transparency is hard to come by. My experience was completely dreadful and I feel like every time I raised a question about wrongful charges (in my eyes), I was treated like a criminal and called a liar in a passive aggressive manner. I've been working with Texcen Property Management for three years and they have managed 10 properties that I have bought and sold. I currently have 5 under management. They are very reasonably priced, I receive a personal property manager, customer service and availability is very good and they continue to improve with feedback.
