I don't even know where to begin because I've had so many issues and have been pushed to leave a review. My personal experience dealing with this company as a property management company has been absolutely horrific, it all started very shortly after I moved in. La Donna Keesee who is what is called the "property manager" is the absolute worst I've ever had to deal with, her customer services skills and her lack of care for her tenant was very apparent from just about the very beginning. They will nickel and dime you and take all of your deposit for normal wear and tear, for items that never came with the house, and for things that were wrong with the home to begin with. Discriminated against legitimate ESA’s.

Descirminates against legitimate ESA’s. Will go above and beyond to take you’re deposit and charge for things that didn’t come with the hosue, that were already wrong with the house, and more out of retaliation. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Rats live on site as well, backyard was a breeding ground for mosquitos. Could never use the side of the yard or back of the yard even in a new house a longer review to come soon.

Brittany Rutherford is the best! She is more responsive, understanding, and eager to help than any property manager I've ever worked with (and believe me, I've worked with a lot). I have never waited more than one business day to hear back from Brittany, and she is always pleasant and empathetic in her replies. Unlike other managers, she holds their company's contractors accountable for shoddy or ineffective repair jobs, which really shows her integrity and professionalism. I can't say enough good things about her work!

Stay away. These people are just terrible. Fixed almost nothing that was broken. Even refused to repair major leaks until after a section of the ceiling collapsed months after the initial damage report. As a healthcare professional I am certain that the mold from the damage they refused to repair caused the respiratory issues and pneumonia my family has been struggling with during the last year, andnow that I'm trying to leave to a more healthy environment they are just making up fees that aren't included on the lease agreem... read more

If you are renting a house and Texcen realty is the property managers RUN! They will take at least 48 hours to get back to you when you have an issue (even an emergency), they are quick to charge/reprimand you for any small infraction and overall only care about the property owner. DON'T rent LIMESTONE TRAIL in AUSTIN, TX!!! The homeowner (who will stalk you on social media) only wants you to pay for upgrades (not fixes from your damages) to her house.
