I don't even know where to begin because I've had so many issues and have been pushed to leave a review. My personal experience dealing with this company as a property management company has been absolutely horrific, it all started very shortly after I moved in. La Donna Keesee who is what is called the "property manager" is the absolute worst I've ever had to deal with, her customer services skills and her lack of care for her tenant was very apparent from just about the very beginning. If you are renting a house and Texcen realty is the property managers RUN! They will take at least 48 hours to get back to you when you have an issue (even an emergency), they are quick to charge/reprimand you for any small infraction and overall only care about the property owner. Current tenant....being relocated due to house being in flood zone through city of austin in coordination with TexCen Realty (Landlord). Background : I work in real estate and have a VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE IN TEXAS. Work orders : Scheduling of repair is easy at any time online!!
