I leased a home managed by this company for 2 years. Pros - easy platform to pay rent/make maintenance requests - home was clean when I moved in - so many ways to get in contact (text, email, platform messaging) - They did not try to charge unnecessary charges upon move out - Cristene (the owner of the company) is really nice and her Assistant Jonathan was as well. They won't address your maintenance requests, it's been over 25 days since the request was filed. Property was a mess when we moved in.
Pretty incompetent. Good luck getting her to answer the phone or respond to texts, she always says shes busy. She asked me to pay for a repairman to come and fix the fridge in her duplex? Glad I checked the lease because she tried to tell me I was responsible for all appliances, yeah no. She was cool about it though, she only made me wait six months to get a new working fridge. I have claimed a couple of times that they change the dishwasher (it's rusty inside) on the first weekend of rent, it's been two days and I can't move, on the second day, they came to fix a door because it wasn't safe to move, the grills the stove is rusty, it's unbelievable that today ends the second day of moving in and I still can't live in a duplex that.
