If I could give this 0 stars I would. My son has lived there for 2 years and this is the second time the AC has gone out. When we called, emailed, texted for someone to come to look at the unit no answer from Ms. Chau, no answer from Mr. Jonathan, no answer at all. It is 90 degrees in the unit and no response from anyone!!!!!!!! Not only that, the unit is now leaking inside the apartment.
Very unprofessional. We had a tour set up by Christine at 10am, she never showed up, no response to text or call. You set the date & time, Why set up the appointment if you weren’t going to make it!? Thank you for wasting not only our time I’m sure the current renter made the accommodation for this tour.
I leased a home managed by this company for 2 years. Pros - easy platform to pay rent/make maintenance requests - home was clean when I moved in - so many ways to get in contact (text, email, platform messaging) - They did not try to charge unnecessary charges upon move out - Cristene (the owner of the company) is really nice and her Assistant Jonathan was as well. They won't address your maintenance requests, it's been over 25 days since the request was filed. Property was a mess when we moved in.
Pretty incompetent. Good luck getting her to answer the phone or respond to texts, she always says shes busy. She asked me to pay for a repairman to come and fix the fridge in her duplex? Glad I checked the lease because she tried to tell me I was responsible for all appliances, yeah no. She was cool about it though, she only made me wait six months to get a new working fridge.
