We run & operate a lawn service in Ocala. As our business grew, 4 1/2 years ago, we upgraded to a 7x16 enclosed trailer from another dealer. Over time it was discovered that we had purchased the cheap economy model & it just didn't hold up. It has literally rattled loose with the floor popping up, the drop ramp falling apart, the screws on the siding backing out & the welds on the side wall @ the floor breaking. We drove 3 hours to pick up a GN22 Big Tex trailer. The people were great, the trailer was ready when we arrived and already had our tag on it. John helped us get it set up correctly on our truck. I told him we were looking for a new stock trailer and he showed us around the yard at some different models and features on each. We will be back to have one custom built for our needs. It is well worth the drive. Excellent service!
We had a little cargo trailer made and it was made quickly and to our specifications. Our salesman, and the owner were courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to supply the additional supplies that we wanted with no delays. Thank you very much Jon and Chris. I would recommend Texas Trailers to anyone who needs a trailer or supplies for a trailer.

Texas trailers has been awesome whenever we have had to deal with them. We had what we thought was a major wiring issue on a trailer (not one of theirs) that we already owned. They took a look at it for me and had us back on the road in about 10 mins. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed in the fact that Texas Trailer would not take care of a "defective trailer" that was purchased with a Kubota tractor in Gainesville, FL. Instead of making the repairs and telling their customer to have a good day they informed a veteran and his wife that they would be financially responsible for the repairs. I would never recommend buying from them. Well gave the folks at texas trailer a chance to do the right thing today but they declined .so things are going in a different direction now . they will pay a lot more than they would have by just doing the right thing.
This company has restored my faith in business people :) . They have been helpful, courteous and professional with their services. I will highly recommend this business!
