We first switched to this place as it is so close to where we live - and it turns out to be the best decision every session is smooth, schedule is very flexible, and the staff are very friendly! A shout out loud to assistant Destiny - she is very nice and gentle with our girls and professional!
This is a beautiful facility, yes. The doctors are educated, yes. The dentists are verbally patient & kind enough to ease any concerns you have for your children. BUT! The dentist chose to administer an Infiltration Injection. He was NOT numb to pull the tooth. & Even though my son screamed that it was hurting him- & I advocated for my son. He was screaming & I was pushed out of the room He was NOT numb. & I saw my son's body being held down & flung in pain as I was told to watch outside the glass doors.
