I had the best experience today with Dr Minnie she was so nice and very informative we did have a bit of trouble verifying my insurance but the front desk was so nice and very helpful we were able to work through it! And we were in and out with ease we DEFINITELY found our new dental home ❤️
Receptionist crystal and Alex at the Sachse Texas and rowlett Texas location are very rude and have ugly attitudes . They are Uncaring and unprofessional .. unfortunately we had to change dentist because of an incident . I Would not recommend these dentist to family nor friends. We have now found a better dental office for my kids ! And We love it . They actually TREAT US LIKE HUMAN BEINGS.
