Really disappointed with my experience so far. I started going almost 4 months ago after having multiple miscarriages, and was trying to address the cause of them after ending up pregnant again. I was never called about any of the tests they did and the results. Im almost 16 weeks along now and I've only seen my doctor once at the initial appointment. My wife and I started our fertility treatments . There are some major flaws at this establishment. We had 2 appoints they misscheduled. Then my wife was suppose to have surgery 6/19. They change the date and didnt tell us until we got the preop paperwork in the mail. Then the preop date was after the surgery date. They tried to charge us $800 for a hormone panel. Nobody ever answers a call in a timely fashion . And now they refused to refill my wife's prescription because we got a second opinion. No empathy, remorse or respe... read more
Trash. I have a high risk pregnancy and was in both of the hospitals emergency rooms due to heavy bleeding this weekend and was told I needed to be seen by my obgyn within 2 weeks from now and they refused to help. All they could say was “if you went to northwest we could help” I went to northwest and they refused to do what they were supposed to for such heavy bleeding (filled multiple pads and definitely filled a pad within 1 hour probably less than an hour) this place is a joke considering they’re the only place with a hi... read more
