Texas Tech need to find a better person to operate the phone. The current phone receptionist is absolutely the rudest person I ever talked to. I do not want to continue a single word talking to this person over the phone as she seemed very unhappy to serve the patient.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I just spent 1 hour on the phone between insurance/TTUHSC changing my PCP to Rodney Young per the person on TTUHSC's phone line. They promised an appointment today if I changed my PCP to Young. After changing my PCP, I called back and there were "no appointments today". Huge waste of time and highly unprofessional.
Everyone there from the doctors all the way down to the receptionists really do an exceptional job of making you feel like you matter. If you have a choice for your health care team, I would highly recommend Texas Tech.
