I have been a patient at Texas Tech Physicians Opthalmology and Visual Sciences for 18 years and they never disappoint. The clinic is welcoming, the staff kind, and the providers are dedicated to excellent patient care!
I had an appointment at 1:15. 3:20 still didnt even see dr. So I'm the biggest loser. I lost my copays that they collect before seeing the dr. and I lost 3 hours of work to make this appointment. yes I walked out.
When they check you in, make sure they actually check you in-- THEY ARE VERY BUSY BUT THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO DROP THE BALL, REBECCA-- I SAT THERE FOR 2 HOURS TO FIND OUT I HADN'T BEEN SEEN BECAUSE I WAS NEVER CHECKED IN PROPERLY. CAN'T HANDLE THE PRESSURE MOE TO A SLOWER DEPT.......SOFIA
They are the best ever!!They take there time and answer all your guestions!! Loved it And Thank You!!!
It was our first time there with my grandson. Everyone was so nice will continue talking him there for his eye care.
