they actually took time.. and double check if they saw any thing.. DOWN FALL IT WAS A LONG WAIT..
Dr Franklin came out and got my Dad himself from the waiting room. His nurse just as caring and respectful of him. After the appointment, he walked him out and introduced himself to me and apologized that we would to come to pick up his prosthetic eye as there had been a miscommunication from his office on telling us it was all done in one day. Very impressed!
