*Update: My another dog also began a bloody stool from two days ago. He definitely caught something in this pet ranch. Also I found they wrote my dog's name on my dog's blanket and kennel by marker. I don't think a dog ranch has rights to do that, or should do that without a permission from the owner. Unbelievable!!! We are sorry your dogs are sick. We hope they are better now. Your four month old puppy had diarrhea his first day here. You told us he gets diarrhea and you assured us he was not contagious and his diagnosis was Irritable Bowel Syndrome. We administered the medicine, supplements and food you provided. He continued to have diarrhea the three days he was here. He had no additional symptoms. My husband picked up his best buddy Diesel after a week long vacation. He was very worried about leaving Diesel since he is a very loyal service dog. We have also had issues in the past with other kennels. We have nothing but great things to say about this place. We will definitely use them in the future.
Texas Tails is great with my little Shooter, even though I'm sure he is very annoying and barking the entire time he is there. They do a great job with my lil fella. He is my baby so I do not trust him with just anyone, but I do trust Texas Tails staff. Highly recommend Texas Tails Pet Ranch & Spaw and anytime a friend is inquiring a place to take their pet I mention them.
Buster is as excited to go to Texas Tails as he is when I pick him up. It's truly his home away from home. We are so happy to have found this place! Highly recommend!
They are great with my over the top 8 month old catahoula!!!! He loves visiting them!!
They treat your dog as if he were theirs.....will never go anywhere else! Heather is amazing
