RecommendedAlways take good care of my dogs and they’re always happy to be there! I love that they require certain/all vaccinations to be there, makes me feel comfortable knowing all dogs are healthy.
No communication. I was a new client who was NEVER told the exact shots Needed to be groomed AND never told which one was specifically needed for grooming. I wasted time and money going over there only to be told 2 of my dogs weren’t able to be groomed because of a required vaccination that I didn’t know I had to request to get. I will not return
We took our dog here for 9 days while we were out of state. She is a rescue dog, so she was a little nervous about us leaving her somewhere unfamiliar. However, the staff kept us updated on how she was doing while we were gone. When we picked her up she was happy, clean, had her nails trimmed & smelled wonderful. We will definitely be bringing her back in the future! Thank you Texas Tails for taking care of her while we were away!
Highly recommend! Just used Texas Tails to board my husky puppy for almost a week and they took care of him as if he was their own. They even gave him a Christmas parting gift. They fed him the amount and times of day he was used to and gave him lots of love. I purchased a bath for his last day of the stay and he came home looking and smelling great! They let me know how his stay was as well. Worth the $ to not stress about your pup while on vacay.

I have two German shepherds Sadie and apple. Sadie is a hard one to please but she always loves going to Texas tails. Everyone is so pleasant and nice! I feel like my fur babies are really enjoying their selves while I’m gone !

I’m always nervous about taking my animals to be groomed. However, I just had my two dogs groomed here and they did such a wonderful job! The staff were so friendly, the facility was clean, and when I picked my dogs up they looked great! They had been given scarves after their treatment and then treats to take home. I’ll definitely be coming back.
My cat has been groomed twice the first place cut him multiple places and it got infected. I was kind of nervous in taking him here but it was a great experience. The staff was awesome my cat looks and smells good. Would definitely recommend!

We just moved to the area from Washington state and I’ve been researching groomers to take my fur-babies to. So happy to have found Texas Tails! I read the reviews and I felt pretty confident in taking my Mini Aussie, Gus there. I was not disappointed! The groomer was so sweet and said she wanted to take her time with him since it was his first time there, so he would feel comfortable coming back. I’ll definitely be returning with my other two doggos.
Texas Tails did a great job with our two dogs! Highly recommend!
